If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it. Once confirmed, you then have another 14 days to send it back to us.

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Any signs of wear (e.g. washing, staining, stretching) may affect your refund eligibility

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days. Refunds include the original cost of the item and standard delivery charges.

Please note: Express delivery fees are non-refundable.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns for the following unless they are faulty:

  • Custom or personalised designs (e.g. event polos, society orders)

  • Sealed items (e.g. socks or base layers) once opened

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll put it right immediately.
