Returns & Cancellations
We want you to love what you're wearing on the course. If something isn't right, here's how we'll put it right.
Free size exchanges (UK)
Wrong size? We'll swap it for free. Email customerservice@minuspargolf.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll email you a free return label. As soon as your item reaches us, we'll send the new size out at no cost. If your new size is out of stock, we'll give you a full refund instead.

Change of mind
You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
To start a return, sign in to your account and use our self-service returns, or email us if you checked out as a guest.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible. We'll send a free return label and either replace it or refund you in full.
Condition of returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
- Tags and packaging should be intact
- Signs of wear, washing, staining or stretching may reduce your refund
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your refund includes the item price and any standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a faster delivery option, the extra cost above standard delivery isn't refunded.
Items we can't accept back
Unless they're faulty, we can't accept returns of:
- Personalised or custom items, including society and event orders and personalised beanies
- Gift cards
International orders
For orders outside the UK, return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
