Returns policy
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Free size exchanges (UK)
If you need a different size, email customerservice@minuspargolf.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll email you a free return label and send your new size at no cost once your item reaches us. If your new size is out of stock, we'll refund you in full.
Change-of-mind returns
You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service.
To start a return, sign in to your account and use our self-service returns portal. If you checked out as a guest, email customerservice@minuspargolf.com. Please request a return before sending anything back.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We'll provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or refund you in full.
Condition of returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Signs of wear, washing, staining or stretching may reduce your refund.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your refund includes the item price and any standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a faster delivery option, the extra cost above standard delivery is not refunded. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Non-returnable items
Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns of personalised or custom items (including society and event orders and personalised beanies) or gift cards.
International orders
For orders outside the UK, return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
