1. About us
1.1 minuspargolf.com is run by Minus Par Golf Ltd ("we", "us"). We're registered in England and Wales under company number 14298726, at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.
1.2 You can contact us at customerservice@minuspargolf.com or on +44 1256 240 068 (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm).
1.3 These terms apply to every order placed on our website. Please read them alongside our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Your order
2.1 When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you begins when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
2.2 We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or we can't verify payment. If we've already taken payment, we'll refund you in full.
2.3 We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout.
3.2 We take payment in full when you place your order. The exception is society and bespoke orders, which are covered in section 9.
3.3 If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before dispatch. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Offers and discount codes
4.1 You can use one offer or discount code per order.
4.2 Offers apply only to the products and dates stated, and only while stocks last. They can't be used to buy gift cards.
4.3 We can't add a discount code after an order has been placed.
4.4 We may change or end an offer at any time. This won't affect orders you've already placed.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping policy. Embroidered items and society orders take longer, as explained in section 9.
5.2 Your order becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered.
5.3 For orders outside the UK, you're responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges.
6. Returns and cancellations
6.1 You can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. You can also exchange sizes for free in the UK. Full details are in our Refund policy.
6.2 Personalised and custom items, including society and event orders, can't be returned unless they're faulty or not as described.
7. Faulty items
7.1 If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7.2 Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
8. Gift cards
8.1 Gift cards can be spent on any product at minuspargolf.com.
8.2 Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
8.3 If your order costs more than your gift card balance, you can pay the difference by another payment method.
8.4 Please keep your gift card code safe. We can't replace a code that has been lost or used by someone else.
9. Society and bespoke orders
9.1 The minimum order is 25 shirts.
9.2 We'll work with you to create a one-off design for your society or event. Designing and embroidering your logo is included in the price, with no extra set-up charges.
9.3 A deposit is needed before design work begins. Your quote will set out the deposit amount and when the balance is due.
9.4 We'll send you a design proof to approve. Production only starts once you've approved it in writing, and email is fine. Please check spelling, colours, logo placement and sizes carefully. We can't be responsible for errors in a proof you've approved.
9.5 Once you've approved the design, the order can't be cancelled or changed.
9.6 Custom designs take 4–6 weeks from design to delivery. In-stock items with embroidery take 1–3 weeks. These are estimates, and we'll keep you updated.
9.7 Custom items can't be returned unless they're faulty or don't match the approved proof.
9.8 By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.
10. Our content
10.1 All designs, photos, text and branding on this website belong to Minus Par Golf Ltd. You may not use them without our written permission.
11. Our responsibility to you
11.1 We're responsible for losses you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't responsible for business losses.
11.2 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
12. Events outside our control
12.1 We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one happens, we'll contact you, and you can cancel for a refund of anything not yet delivered.
13. Privacy
13.1 How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
14.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
15. Law
15.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
